 This
particular project management training course
demonstrates a programme designed as a five day in-house event. It examines the
establishment of the project management environment in organisations without any
mature methodologies, systems or procedures. It therefore promotes
an understanding of project management principles and the application
of project management techniques at an operational level. In doing so it
does not promote any particular project management methodology. Instead
emphasis is placed on planning and control within the context of your own organisation,
its culture, systems and operating environment, wherever possible.
The course
can be supplemented by action centred learning to enhance participants
skills in an environment of limited time and resources but great expectation. |
