personal action plan study is enclosed for inclusion within participants personal
development portfolios. This will allow participants to consider specific areas
for change flowing from an assessment of their and their organisations strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities, threats.
Ii is recommended that these personal
action plans also incorporate developmental and organisational targets set during
